Parking Network does not organize transportation for participants. All attendees are responsible for arranging their own transport between the airport, hotel, and event venue. We recommend checking local taxi services, public transportation, or hotel shuttle options for convenient travel arrangements.

Exhibitors participate by securing a networking table, which serves as a central hub for engaging discussions with parking and mobility professionals. Additionally, companies can apply for workshop slots in breakout rooms or speaker slots in the plenary session to present their insights. To learn more about exhibiting at our event, contact us by using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Each exhibitor is provided with a dedicated networking table in the event’s central Networking Hall. Unlike unstructured trade show interactions, these tables serve as clear meeting points for meaningful conversations. Networking opportunities take place throughout the event, including during coffee breaks, lunch, and the optional networking dinner.

To make the most of the event, we recommend:

  • Scheduling meetings in advance by reaching out to your own network before the event or connecting with attendees who express interest upon learning about your participation. Please note that we do not schedule meetings on behalf of exhibitors; all arrangements should be made directly between participants.
  • Applying for a workshop or speaker slot to showcase your expertise.

Workshops: These are 50-minute interactive sessions held in breakout rooms, allowing exhibitors to engage with a focused group of attendees. The session is designed for deep discussion and hands-on learning. There is a 10-minute transition time between workshops.

Speaker Slots: These take place in the plenary room and include a 25-minute presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. This format is ideal for sharing industry insights, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Actively networking throughout the day, including during lunch and breaks.
  • Following up with potential clients and partners after the event.
